Networking event gives entrepreneurs a chance to learn more about the benefits of international trade and to explore the challenges and opportunities in the global economy today
Import Export Center by InsightLab Pacific, is inviting all entrepreneurs and professionals in the New York Metropolitan area to attend its forum on July 12th from 6:30 PM to 9 PM at The Black Door. This July’s event, titled as ‘Entrepreneurship & International Trade Event,’ will focus on exploring potential trade opportunities. It will be co-hosted by Import Export Center and SBC (Small & Medium Business Corporation), which is a non-profit organization and South Korean government agency.
The event will feature a panel discussion from top speakers, and attendees will come from all industries with one common goal: success in entrepreneurship and international trade. These experts will cover crucial topics such as challenges of succeeding in the global economy, global trade in an information age, globalizations need for cultural understanding and much more.
“We are very much looking forward to this July’s ‘Entrepreneurship & International Trade’ event as it will provide great insight regarding the ever changing dynamic of international trade and entrepreneurship from distinguished guests,” explained Jayden Lee, organizer of Import Export Center and Managing Director of InsightLab Pacific. The panel discussion features James Vena (Founder and CEO of iComTrader), Herbert Ouida (Former Executive Vice President of the World Trade Centers Association and Chair of the New York District Export Council), and Eugene Reyes (Global Channel Partner for NowPlanet.tv). It will be moderated by Jetta DeNend, International Trade Specialist from the US Commercial Service.
Suyoung Kim, head of SBC U.S. office, supports the event designed to promote mutual partnership opportunities with New York on small and medium business programs. He believes that this event will be a great initiative for future collaborative relationship between the U.S. and Korea as well as a networking opportunity for economic development in both countries.
